The official release date of the infamous Bond 23 movie is November 9, 2012. That should give you enough time to catch up on your Bond

The reason why there was such a big delay was because it took that long for MGM's future to sort itself out what with the sale of the studio not succeeding, then the bankruptcy getting approved by the government, and finally Spyglass taking over studio film making of MGM. The start of the production of Bond 23 will start late this year.

For those that do not know Daniel Craig is in Bond 23. This will be his third Bond flick for Daniel. Also directing will be Sam Mendes and writers are Ian Fleming (characters), Neal Purvis (screenplay), and Robert Wade (screenplay).
Simon Russell Beale is rumored to be in Bond 23 according to IMDb. He is an English actor and described as "The greatest stage actor of his generation." On another note, Sam Mendes and Simon Russell Beale are 20 year colleagues, coincident or what.
