Prequels are pretty popular in Hollywood today, but not as popular as reboots. But most of the reboots aren’t really necessary or an improvement over the original, but in the case of Rise of the Planet of the Apes, the case is completely different. Just a few years back Tim Burton tried to revive the classic Planet of the Apes series with a film starring Mark Wahlberg and Helena Bonham Carter, and let’s just say things didn’t exactly work out....
