After weeks and months of waiting since that little teaser we got during the Super Bowl, the First Avenger trailer has hit. And let me tell, if you're a Cap fan (Or even if you're not) you will not be disappointed.
Here is the official synopsis for those who don't know it:
"Captain America: The First Avenger" will focus on the early days of the Marvel Universe when Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) volunteers to participate in an experimental program that turns him into the Super Soldier known as Captain America. As Captain America, Rogers joins forces with Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan) and Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) to wage war on the evil HYDRA organization, led by the villainous Red Skull (Hugo Weaving.)"
Here it is, behold the awesome:
As you can see we got our first good looks at Bucky Barnes, pre soldier serum Steve Rogers (Which looks perfect and real), Dum Dum Dogan, Red Skull, and Howard Stark. I'm definitly getting an Indiana Jones feel from this (Which is a good thing) and I can see why driector Joe Johnston compared it to that a few months back. And I love the fact that Marvel isn't afraid to bring up the Nazis (Hence the line "We'll escort Adolf Hitler to the gates of Hell") , and just stick with the fictional army Hydra from the comics (Which will also be in the film). So there you have it.
What did you think of the Captain America The First Avenger Trailer?
